Take Highway 200 north towards Punta de Mita and Tepic (about 20 minutes)
You’ll go past Nuevo Vallarta, Mezcales, Flamingos Golf Course and Bucerias.

After passing thru Bucerias and after the last signal light of Bucerias, continue on for a couple of miles. You’ll see Punta Esmeralda on your left (big condo development). Immediately following that will see an exit ramp off of Hwy. 200 on your right.

Turn right onto the exit ramp – it will say Punta de Mita, Marina Riviera Nayarit and / or La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.

Turn left at your first signal light (and only signal light into La Cruz) onto Calle Langosta. You need to exit to the right before hand on the lateral side road to be able to make the left turn at the signal light – there are signs telling you where to exit right.

Take your first right onto Calle Robalo. Go two blocks to Calle Huachinango.

Turn left onto Calle Huachinango. Go for four blocks to Calle Tiburon.

Turn right onto Calle Tiburon. Go one block. You will dead end at the soccer field for the local prepa school which is behind our property.

Turn left onto Calle Pescador. Our physical address is Pescador #39. We are immediately on your right as you turn onto Pescador from Tiburon. The gates will all be locked. To get to our house to let us know you are here, continue straight ahead towards the beach and turn right onto the dirt road (in front of the guesthouses). The guesthouses on your left / beachfront are ours. Proceed forward to our house – on the right, two story, only house there with lots of flowering plants in front. Please announce yourselves – simply call my name – I will be able to hear you.
