Simply Baku’s upcoming debut on TV
Travel Secrets Mexico TV Documentary series is designed to restore trust in Mexico’s high quality tourist destinations. Kudos for this effort go to Dr. Herbert Kellner and his wife, Gitta for envisioning this series of 12 documentaries featuring high quality tourist destinations in Mexico. Dr. Kellner’s goal is to combat the often exaggerated and sensationalized messages delivered by the media in North America which have negatively affected tourism travel. Lucky for us in La Cruz, we are one of the featured tourist destinations in Mexico and we get to be the first destination featured!
As we all know, life in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is simply delightful! What’s our experience of the Mexican people? In two words, I would say they are a happy and passionate people. They are friendly, helpful, hard-working, family-oriented and again, happy!
The documentary will be aired on Family Net channel in May 2012 and on the American Life Network channel a month later in June. These combined channels air to 50 million households. We don’t have the exact dates yet. I’ll post the airing dates here, so check back often.
Wahoooooo! Baku goes national, actually international, as it is to be aired in both US and Canada. In the meantime, check out the trailers below which offer a sneak preview to the documentary featuring the small fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Simply Baku as a featured resort for accommodations.
