The little casitas with everything

From the moment you walk in the gates and view the ocean in front of you, you know your in for something special. Each little casita is a private oasis on the beach, with a view that just won't quit. The owners Mike and Marianne were very welcoming and tended to every question you asked. The little town of La Cruz had anything you wanted in the way of restaurants or a tienda for a cold cerveza, all within a short walk. Simply Baku was a wonderful place to just sit back and let your worries disappear.

Simply Baku is simply the best

If you want to feel like you've found a little piece of paradise, Simply Baku is where you want to be. The casitas are straight out of a designer magazine, the grounds are perfect, like a vacation home. Mike & Marianne are the sweetest hosts, I hesitate to call them that, new friends is more appropriate. Add to that, La Cruz is a very cool place. You will not be disappointed. My husband found Marianne and Mike's littlel piece of heaven online a few years ago, and we took a chance. Our children were grown and it was time to ty something other than an all inclusive. We have been so completely taken by our experiences at Baku, that we return whenever we possibly can. I have shed tears each time we have left, because it has been such a tranquil, fun, relaxing vacation. Marianne and Mike have become our friends, and they provide a place like no other for a vacation to get away from it all. The little fishing village of La Cruz has everything you need, music, restaurants, culture, friendly locals, and simple pleasures, without the crush of noisy tourists. If it's time for you to have a getaway like no other, it's time for a romantic getaway at Simply Baku.

Paradise

This was four days of paradise. We loved having our own casita and it was so beautifully decorated and maintained. We had such a great time wandering around La Cruz and taking the bus to PV and Sayulita for day trips. Marianne and Mike were excellent hosts - always available if we needed anything from them. The only "bugs" we saw were small geckos that hung out near the lamps at night.
We highly recommend a stay here and are hoping to come back soon!
